Annual Scholarship for Underprivileged Students
At Green & Green Foundation, we believe no financial barrier should stand between a student and his potential. The Annual Scholarship program has been put in place to facilitate financially disadvantaged students in Nassau and surrounding counties to secure fire academy training. This opportunity opens doors to rewarding careers in public safety and community service and empowers students to pursue passions and make a difference in their communities. This is one way we shape the next generation of leaders: protectors with pride and servers with hearts.

Mentorship & Vocational Training
The core of the Mentorship and Vocational Training program is to make it a hands-on experience and personal growth so students are prepared not only practically for every given career but also matched up with experienced mentors who give them one-on-one guidance. These mentors come from different professional backgrounds in a specific field dedicated to guiding the student to navigate chosen career paths, develop critical skills, and gain the confidence needed to succeed at work. From resume making to interview preparation, we ensure that each one of our students departs adequately prepared for this professional journey.

Community Engagement
Community engagement is the DNA of the Green & Green Foundation. One such flagship initiative for us is the Martin Luther King Basketball Tournament-an endeavor using the platform of sports as a strong medium for personal development, academic success, and community unity. The event brings together families, students, and members of the community as a teaching tool about teamwork, leadership, and discipline both on and off the court. In addition to the tournament, the event also provides the young participants with academic support sessions and motivational talks while connecting them with their mentor or role model. Using this initiative, we would like to provide a positive outlet for our youth while encouraging academic excellence and community involvement.
